ジョブローテーション
ジョブローテーション制度も
導入しているため、
希望があれば
姉妹園の児童発達支援施設や
フォトスタジオでの
業務も可能です。
業務のマンネリ化を防ぎ、
様々な経験ができます。
持ち帰り仕事なし
担任制がなく職員全員で保育を
行っているため
指導計画や行事の準備も分担して
業務時間内に行います。
一人の負担が
大きくならないような
環境のため、
持ち帰り仕事もありません。

Before joining the company
Experience employment/Internship
is also possible!
After learning about Kanata Nursery School
through a casual interview, you can also do a
"trial employment" or "internship" to get hands-
on experience at the workplace.
Of course, you will also be paid
an hourly wage!
This will help you to eliminate any anxiety you
may have before joining the company, as you
will be able to actually work and experience the
appeal of our nursery before deciding whether
to proceed with the selection process.
