Care for Sick Children
Enrollment
Childcare for sick children
If a child becomes unwell during childcare,
they will receive care in a designated childcare room
under the supervision of a nurse
and caregiver until the parents can come to pick them up.
We support working parents by providing an environment
where they can work with peace of mind, without needing to leave
work early or take time off.

Main Responses

Regarding a slight fever at the time of arrival.
Infants, such as those around 0 years old,
tend to have a higher body temperature due
to being carried in a baby carrier during arrival.
If a slight fever is detected upon arrival,
our nurse will assess the condition and monitor
the child for about 30 minutes to determine
if pickup is necessary.
Please rest assured.
In the case of sudden illness.
If you are unable to pick up your child due to
sudden illness, please rest assured.
A nurse will accompany your child and
provide support for their recovery in a separate room.
We will closely monitor and care for
your child until pickup.
Regarding infection control measures.
In a group setting, infection prevention is important.
We share information with the nurses at our sister
facility and make efforts to prevent infections,
so please feel confident in entrusting us with your child.
Regarding your child's injury.
In the unlikely event that your child is injured,
our nurse will promptly provide first aid.
If necessary, we will take your child to the hospital
and inform the parents of the situation via phone or app.
We prioritize your child's safety and health and
will provide thorough support,
so please feel confident in using our services.
